Delivery & Returns

We deliver POS hardware across the Sultanate of Oman — Muscat, Salalah, Sohar, Sur, and beyond.

Standard delivery is 48 to 72 hours from order confirmation. Every order ships with a VAT invoice and registered warranty, and you receive WhatsApp updates at each stage: confirmed, sourcing, in transit, and out for delivery.

Dead on arrival (DOA): If a product is faulty when it reaches you, report it within 15 days of delivery. After a quick WhatsApp diagnostic, we arrange a free replacement at no cost to you.

Warranty: All products carry the manufacturer’s warranty, honoured locally by Al Kays. In-warranty failures are repaired or replaced through our service network. See our Warranty Policy for full details.

Not covered: Physical damage, liquid ingress, power surges, tampered seals, or third-party repair attempts are not covered under DOA or warranty. In these cases we can offer paid repair options.
